Receive expert testing, a clear diagnosis, practical recommendations, and meaningful documentation accepted in all 50 U.S. states—all from the comfort of home.

How Online Testing Works

Online evaluations are completed face-to-face with a diagnostician using secure video conferencing, allowing clients to complete testing from home without traveling to one of our Texas offices. Our team will guide you through the process before your appointment and mail any testing materials needed in advance.

Step #1 - Initial Inquiry

The process begins with your phone call. This call is where we discuss your academic/emotional history and current concerns. We will share the steps of the evaluation timeline. Your evaluation can usually be scheduled within the next two weeks.

Step #2 - Comprehensive Evaluation

Clients work with one of our certified Educational Diagnosticians through a variety of interactive standardized assessments to uncover how they learn and process and identify the root cause of any struggles. The evaluation usually takes 3.5-4 hours depending on your pace.

Step #3 - Personalized Reports & Next Steps

We will meet within 10-12 working days after your evaluation and discuss the written report with you in clear, easy-to-understand language, and create a personalized plan with specific recommendations tailored to your unique needs and goals.
