How our Process Works

Step #1 - Initial Inquiry

The process begins with your phone call. This call is where we discuss your academic/emotional history and current concerns. We will share the steps of the evaluation timeline. Your evaluation can usually be scheduled within the next two weeks.

Step #2 - Comprehensive Evaluation

Clients work with one of our certified Educational Diagnosticians through a variety of interactive standardized assessments to uncover how they learn and process and identify the root cause of any struggles. The evaluation usually takes 3.5-4 hours depending on your pace.

Step #3 - Personalized Reports & Next Steps

We will meet within 10-12 working days after your evaluation and discuss the written report with you in clear, easy-to-understand language, and create a personalized plan with specific recommendations tailored to your unique needs and goals.
